We are proud to announce that our Huntley, IL facility received ISO 9001:2008 certification on December 17th, 2009. LDI Industries' fabrication facility now joins our long standing Manitowoc plant's certification to this prestigious quality system rating.

LDI Industries, Inc. designs and manufactures hydraulic components including hydaulic and fuel tanks, sight glasses, breathers, filters, specialty tube fittings, check valves and multi-passage swivels/rotary manifolds along with custom fabrication and industrial lubrication equipment.

March 2008:
LDI INDUSTRIES HAS RECERTIFIED TO NEW ISO 9001:2008 STANDARD

LUBE DEVICES CHANGES NAME TO LDI INDUSTRIES

Lube Devices, Inc. has changed its name to LDI Industries Inc. effective June 1.

Company President Mark Lukas said, "This is only a name change. There are no changes with our personnel or plant sites."

LDI Industries is an ISO 9001/2000 supplier of hydraulic components and lubrication equipment to mobile equipment and industrial markets employing more than 200 associates working out of two plant locations in Manitowoc and South Elgin, Ill.

"This corporate name change reflects our continued growth and desire to roll our acquisitions and product lines into one name," Lukas said.

The established trade names of the company include Lube Devices, Flodar Fittings, Hydra-Tool and Vescor.

Lukas said customers prefer vendor consolidation and sourcing as many items as possible from one vendor name.

Lube Devices, Inc. along with its Hydra-Tool and Flodar Fitting divisions is pleased to announce that they have received ISO 9001:2000 certification for its manufacturing facility in Manitowoc WI. They received the registration certificate in February, 2004 after successfully passing a 2 1/2 day on-site audit by an accredited registrar. Lube Devices was nominated by John Deere and Oshkosh Truck to work with Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP) in accomplishing this achievement.

ISO 9001:2000 requires a business to develop a management system that challenges its organization to continually improve its business processes. It places even greater emphasis on customer satisfaction than previous ISO standards. Lube Devices, Inc. has been a leading designer and manufacturer of lubricating equipment and hydraulic components for the OEM and MRO markets for over 40 years.
