LDI, Inc is currently searching for a Sales Territory Manager. In this role, you would be assigned an existing territory of customers in a means to assist their business regarding hydraulics, machining and fabrications from design, quantity or quality perspectives. You will meet with customers to collect specifications, depending on the complexity meet with our technical assistance team or engineering teams, present your potential solutions to the customer, secure the sale and maintain the relationship to ensure all customer expectations are met.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow sales of LDI products in assigned territory through applications with existing and new customers.
- Achieves sales and gross margin goals for the territory.
- Utilizes the Company’s Identification model to ensure a healthy portfolio of customers.
- Builds and maintains a consultative relationship with customers and is considered part of customer’s strategic team.
- Provides all regularly required reports and data.
- Provides all required data for participation in development of sales plans for assigned territory.
- Works collaboratively, and always in the best interest of FORCE America to support customer needs.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with customers.
- Inbound and outbound calls; over the phone and in-person.
- Identifying and perusing new leads.
- Review, prepare and analyze pricing and quotes.
- Utilize sales reports and data to identify sales opportunities.
- Train customers on products and capabilities.
- Keeps current with industry insight and monitor the competition with relevant competitors on all things commercial.
- Execute team and individual sales strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a technical focus or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 3-5 years minimum sales experience selling technical and/or engineered solutions.
- Previous Sales experience: A background in fluid power, fabricating, and machining sales is strongly favored.
- Strong communication skills (listening, oral, and written).
- Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Set-up/Operate CNC Lathe Machine Centers
- Set-up/Operate CNC Vertical and Horizontal Milling Machine Centers
- Read blueprints
- Do quality at-the-source measurements
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of CNC machining experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Proficient in interpreting prints, and shop mathematics
- Familiar with G-Code programs
- Utilization of standard inspection tools
- Ability to operate overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts
Details:
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Second shift four 10 hour days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Wage based on experience ($16.00/hour - $24.00/hour)
