Self Flare Fittings

LDI Self Flare tube fittings provide users the option of creating tube assemblies without the use of flaring tools. The superior connection made with LDI Self- fittings secure the tube end within the fitting body and support the tube end with hardened steel components both internally and externally which resists loosening under vibration.

When hydraulic systems require the use of large diameter tubing, have connections in confined spaces or require a large number of tube connections, the ends of the tube assemblies can be flared prior to system assembly using a Vise Held Preset Tool or Hydraulic Preset Tool.
